Customer Support (CS)
Responsibilities:
- Give accurate, fast, & clear information/solution to customers.
- Write down every activity related to customer feedback/complaints
- Help solve customers’ problems. Suggested that problem solved in first encounter.
- Follow up the problems (to customer).
- Do administrative work connected to Support Centre activity

Requirements:
- Male/Female, Single, max 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Literate in computer and internet is a must
- Having software knowledge is preferable
- Have 1 years experience as Customer Service/Call centre
- Self motivated, proactive, problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skill to manage customer.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Team player with good communication and service oriented.
